Salon Policy

Please read our booking and cancellation policies before your appointment.

Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked online.
  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
  • The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling. If payment is not received within this time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you may reschedule. The new appointment must be re-booked within 7 days.
  • Same-day appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No Extra Guests & Children

  • To maintain a peaceful environment, additional guests are not permitted unless under special circumstances such as a caregiver or parent.
  • For safety and insurance reasons, children under 12 years old are not permitted in the studio unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Failing to attend or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will be recorded as a No-Show. You will be charged in full.
  • No-Show appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Repeated No-Shows will result in being blacklisted from future bookings.
  • Any same-day changes are treated as a No-Show. Full payment will be charged and future bookings may be blocked.

Cancellations & Changes

  • At least 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or changes.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.
  • If cancelling outside business hours, please contact the salon immediately via your usual communication method.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete consultation forms.
  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be cancelled and marked as a No-Show.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your service may be shortened or cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

Sickness & COVID-19

  • Please reschedule or cancel as early as possible if you are feeling unwell.
  • Staff reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you appear unwell upon arrival.
  • If you or a household member test positive for COVID-19, please reschedule and wait at least 14 days before re-booking.

Multiple Cancellations

  • Clients with repeated cancellations will receive a formal warning.
  • After a second occurrence, you may be blacklisted from making future bookings.

Courtesy Reminders

  • Appointment reminders are sent via text or email 48 hours before your appointment.
  • You are responsible for keeping track of your appointments. Please do not rely solely on reminder messages.

Parking

  • Street parking is available directly outside.
  • Please keep the driveway clear at all times.
