Dermo Peel is an advanced, acid-free skin resurfacing treatment that gently renews the skin without traditional chemical acids. Using natural freshwater sponge spicules, botanical extracts and enzymes, it stimulates the skin's natural renewal process — helping to improve texture, scars, dullness, uneven skin tone, mild pigmentation, congestion, enlarged pores and the appearance of fine lines.

Unlike many resurfacing treatments, Dermo Peel encourages healthy cell turnover while supporting the skin barrier, making it an excellent option for visible results with minimal downtime. It's also an ideal preparation treatment before more intensive corrective procedures such as Bio Spicules, Nano Infusion or SSR Skin Rejuvenation.

Dermo Peel combines a unique blend of natural ingredients that resurface and strengthen the skin:

  • Freshwater sponge spicules — gentle mechanical exfoliation while stimulating renewal and collagen production

The treatment is completely acid-free — an excellent alternative for clients who cannot tolerate traditional chemical peels.

Most clients experience very little downtime. Immediately after treatment, the skin may appear slightly pink or flushed, similar to mild sun exposure. A light prickly or tingling sensation is common for up to 24–48 hours as the natural spicules continue stimulating the skin.

Bio Spicules is an advanced, needle-free skin rejuvenation treatment that uses 100% natural microscopic freshwater sponge spicules to stimulate the skin's natural renewal process. Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. This stimulates your body's natural healing response, encouraging collagen and elastin production to improve skin texture, firmness and overall skin health.

Microneedling can help improve:

Most clients experience redness similar to mild sunburn for 24–48 hours. Mild swelling, tightness and light flaking may occur over the following few days as your skin renews. Most people return to normal daily activities the following day while following the recommended aftercare.
Most clients achieve the best results with a course of 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. More advanced scarring or skin concerns may require additional sessions. Your personalised treatment plan will be discussed during your consultation.

Microneedling may not be suitable if you:

Yes. Professional home care is essential for optimal healing and the best results. At minimum we recommend a gentle cleanser, hyaluronic acid serum and broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen. Additional professional products may be recommended based on your skin concerns to maximise long-term results.
Many clients notice brighter, smoother skin within 1–2 weeks. As collagen production continues, improvements in texture, firmness and overall quality become more noticeable over the following 6–12 weeks, with results continuing to improve after each treatment.

For the first 24–48 hours avoid:

  • Makeup (first 24 hours)
  • Direct sun exposure
  • Exercise that causes excessive sweating
  • Saunas, spas and swimming pools
  • Active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliants

Always wear SPF 50+ daily and follow your personalised aftercare instructions.
