Salon Booking & Policy Guidelines
Booking & Payment
Online Booking Requirement: All appointments must be booked online. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Payment Timeline: The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling. If payment is not received, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Non-Refundable Policy: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling Policy: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule, but the new appointment must be re-booked within 7 days.
Salon Appointments: All salon bookings also require a 50% booking fee in advance.
Same-Day Appointments: Must be paid in full at the time of booking.
No Extra Guests & Children Policy
No Extra Guests: To maintain a peaceful environment, additional guests are not allowed unless under special circumstances (e.g., caregiver or parent).
No Children: For safety and insurance reasons, children under 12 years old are not permitted unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
No-Show / Last-Minute Cancellations
No-Show Definition: Failing to attend or cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be marked as a No-Show. You will be charged in full.
Non-Refundable: No-Show / No-Call appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Blacklisting: Repeated No-Shows will result in being blacklisted from future bookings.
Same-Day Cancellation: Any same-day changes are treated as a No-Show. Full payment will be charged and future bookings may be blocked.
Cancellations & Changes
Notice Required: At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may be fully charged.
After-Hours Cancellation: If cancelling outside business hours, please contact the salon immediately via your usual method.
Late Arrivals
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete consultation forms.
Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be cancelled and marked as a No-Show.
30 Minutes Late: If you are more than 30 minutes late, your service may be shortened or cancelled. No refunds will be provided.
Sickness & COVID-19
If You’re Unwell: Please reschedule or cancel as early as possible if you are feeling unwell.
Salon Health Protocol: Staff reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you appear unwell.
COVID-19 Policy: If you or a household member test positive, you must reschedule and wait at least 14 days before booking again.
Multiple Cancellations
Warning: Clients with repeated cancellations will receive a warning.
Blacklisting: After a second occurrence, you may be blacklisted from booking.
Courtesy Reminders
Reminders Sent: Appointment reminders will be sent via text or email 48 hours before.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping track of appointments. Do not rely solely on reminder messages.
Parking Information
Client Parking: Available on the side of the road.
Driveway Policy: Please keep the driveway clear at all times.
