Booking and cancellation policy

Booking Appointments

All booking can be made online at www.charsbeautyroom.com.au paid in full. Non refundable, not transferable with less than 24 notice. If More than 24 hours notice, appointment can be transferred over but must re booked within 7 days from cancellation date. All appointments booked in the salon, must be paid in full , to secure appointment.

No appointments will be taken through messenger , my business page , or text message . ONLY ONLINE with card payment or phone and via bank transfer but must be paid in full.

No Call/No Show Policy:

In the event of a no call/no show,
NO shows/last minutes cancellations on the day of appointment will be you will be considered a “No-Show”, non refundable and non transferable and no further appointments made and blacklisted.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late to an appointment, please call me on 042 104 4757 as soon as possible.In order to respect the time of both our clients and myself, I ask you to kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out a consultation form.There is a 10 minute grace period . After this time, if I do not hear from you within that 10 minutes into your appointment, it’s automatically cancelled and classed as a “No-Show” This is non refundable and non transferable.

Please keep in mind that If you arrive 30 minutes past your appointment time,we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, I would prefer re book you than rush your treatment. in which case you will need to make another booking. None refundable, but can be moved only ONE occasion and must be re booked within 5 days.

I reserve the right to change terms, conditions and policies at any time.

Cancellations

24 hours notice is needed for all cancellations and reschedules, or alternations to appointments anything less than 24 hours notice or on the day of your appointment, full total amount of that appointment will be charged , as that time was reserved for you.

If you need to cancel your appointment and it’s out of operating hours or a day the Salon is closed please contact me immateriality. If there are any changes to your appointment such as adding an extra service or removing a treatment please let me know before 24 hours not at the time of appointment – without prior notice, you may still be charged for the cancelled service.

Sickness

Please do not attended your appointments if unwell, I work within very close proximity to you which means it is crucial that you contact me to reschedule/cancel as soon as possible. If yup attend your appointment and I suspect you are unwell I will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If I get sick , I’m not able to work and that’s a significant impact loss to my business.

If you or anyone in your household is COVID positive, please stay home and contact us as soon as possible to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Please allow 2 weeks before you re book your appointment.

Multiple cancellations or Rescheduling

In the event of excessive cancellations or rescheduling ,first one is warring , second time blacklisted and no longer can be able to book.

Once your appointment has been made you can move the date and time on ONE occasion only, more than 24 hours before the reservation time. After you have moved your reservation once, you will not be able to move the deposit over again to a new slot. The booking fee will be retained and a brand new slot must be scheduled and paid in full

Courtesy Reminders

Appointment reminders are sent out 2 days prior to your appointment via text and email. Please DO’N’T relay on this as there are technical glitches in the system, ITS YOUR RESPONSITBILYY TO WRITE DOWN Your appointments and know when your appointment is. Text and email reminders are send out 48 hours prior . These are courtesy reminder only.

Gift Vouchers

Regular gift vouches have 3 year expiry date.

Specified treatment 1 year expiry from date of purchase

Special offers expiry of 3 or 6 months or less , depending on promotional offer at that time.

Pre Pay Treatment packs

•When purchasing a package or series, Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discount or promotion.

•Consultations and test patch for SHR OR SSR is only redeemable on packages purchases

• Special offers or discounts can not be swapped ,or changed around.

•All prepaid packages must be paid in full up front, not transferable or refundable ,no refunds or change of mind permitted.

•Add on, or complementary treatments, must be redeemed within that time of package purchased. This must pre booked.

•Monthly promotional offers 3 months expire from date of purchase

•SHR hair removal packages 6 or 8 or 12 sessions , 12-month expiry date from the date of purchase’. If revenging a complementary treatment. For example lip or chin., Microdermabrasion + LED Light Treatment is applicable with any SHR Hair Removal 3, 6 or 10 pack purchases.

•This complementary treatment must been redeemed within the time period of the treatment package. NO EXEPTIONS.

•Unremembered treatments are non-refundable or transferable and will be forfeited in accordance with the stated redemption period.

•Skin Packages Special /Monthly promotions offers 3 0r 6 packages, 6 months expiry date from the date of purchase, Unremembered treatments are non-refundable and will be forfeited in accordance with the stated redemption period.

Reschedule or cancel please allow 24 notice, anything less you will forfeit that that session/treatment, this also includes any further promotional offers such as upgrade, add on, or complementary treatment.

Children Policy Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service and no younger than 12years of ages and must be accompanied by an parent or guardian at all times. Our Insurance doesn’t cover us to have children not receiving a treatment in the salon. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. Due to hot wax, laser equipment and other equipment.

Patch Testing Policy

For any new clients booking in a lash lift, tinting, SHR hair removal skin Rejuvenation treatments , I ask you to also book in a patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is to test for any allergic reactions and is a must even for those that have had similar treatments previously at a different salon. If you decide not to book a patch test in you will be required to sign a waiver form saying you understand the risks of not undergoing a patch test. at Char’s Beauty Room has this in place for your own health and safety, if you are experiencing any symptoms of an allergic/adverse reaction please seek medical advice.
