COVID – 19 SALON  GUIDELINES POLICY  & PROCEDURES

 Hygiene is up most important as always as been in my salon, Increased house keeping  will be implemented   disposable gloves worn on all services not just treatments that are required to wear them and changed between all clients,  all benches, door handles, goggles, tools , interments sterilized , chairs and door handles wiped down etc.  Tools/ equipment with be disinfected and sanitized , all touch point will be  cleaned.

If you or a family member are presenting cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, body aches, shortness of breath, lose of taste or smell etc. Please reschedule your appointment . This has always been the case but now even more so. Please be respectful of my business.  Not just for myself, but for clients and my family and also for the safety of all your families.  If you are sick, have been feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone that you suspect may have COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT COME to your appointment. I require 48 hours notice. If you show up unwell, I have the right to refuse treatment and charge a fee.

On reopening there are some policies I have put in place for the safety of everyone: there is pre entry sign up outside next to door bell , please read before entering the salon.

CONDITIONS of Char’s Beauty Room Please remember I have very strict Covid rules in place. These MUST be adhered to as a condition of entry of Char’s Beauty Room

* You MUST wear a mask before you enter no exceptions *Please read pre entry sign near the door bell. *If you are sick, have been feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone that you suspect may have COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT COME to your appointment.If you come in unwell , please understand you will respectfully turned away and    100 % service fee will apply. * I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations & reschedule of appointments, last minute cancellations will result in 100% free of service50% booking fee is needed to secure your appointment then other 50% to be paid on your appointment* if you turn up sick I have to turn away and 100% service fee will apply and there’s a wait to to get in. *If you arrive early to your appointment please wait in car and shoot me a message to let me know, I will come and get you when I’m ready.Even though I always follow strict hygiene and infection control I now have to step it up to keep ourselves and my clients safe! Mask are non negotiable and must be worn entire time of treatment. *All clients will need to wash their and use hand Sanitiser as soon as they enter and also before you leave. *Covid 19 questionnaire form must be filled before I start your treatment. *Increased hygiene practices in place such as all touch points door handles inside and out , after every client so you can be assured we are going to be doing everything to keep you safe!EVERYTHING be cleaned and sanitised and disinfected between customers. * Appointments are spaced out no back to back, to allow extra Cleaning time in between , so 15-20 minutes gap is left between appointments. * I will only have one person in the salon at a time so please do not bring others guests to your appointment. Unless having a treatments and they must wait in the car. *No children allowed *No mobile phones to be used while getting a treatment. Toilet facilities not allowed to be used *No facials treatments allowed oh but it’s a quick lip wax, my answer will be no your mask must remain on entire treatment time. No exceptions.Disposable masks can be purchased of me for a small fee I must be extremely strict with these rules, I cannot accept or (I forgot my mask).
