Booking and cancellation policy
Booking & Payment:
Booking Requirement: All bookings must be made online with a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee goes toward the total cost of your appointment.
Payment Timeline: The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of your appointment being made. If not appointment will be cancelled.
Non-refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule, but the new appointment must be re-booked within 7 days.
Salon Bookings: Appointments booked at the salon also require 50% in advance to secure the booking.
No Extra Guests or Children Policy:
No Extra Guests: To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, no extra guests are allowed to accompany you during your appointment unless it is for special circumstances, such as a caregiver or parent.
No Children Policy:
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, and to ensure that each client receives the attention they deserve, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service themselves. Children must be at least 12 years of age and accompanied by an adult at all times.
No-Show/No-Call/Last-Minute Cancellation:
No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not inform us of your cancellation within 48 hours, the appointment will be marked as a No-Show. In this case, full payment will be charged.
Non-Refundable: No-Show/No-Call appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Blacklisting: You will not be able to book future appointments and will be blacklisted from making any future bookings.
Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations or changes made on the day of the appointment will be treated as a No-Show. Full payment will be charged, and you will be blocked from future bookings.
Late Arrivals:
Arrival Time: Clients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any required consultation forms.
Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed; if you arrive after this time without prior communication, your appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a No-Show.
Late Arrivals Beyond 30 Minutes: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or the service may not be completed in full. A new booking will be required, and no refund will be provided
Cancellations & Changes:
Notice for Changes: 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Late Changes: If changes are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may still be charged for the canceled service.
Outside Operating Hours: If you need to cancel and it’s outside of operating hours, please inform the salon immediately.
Sickness & COVID-19:
Unwell Clients: If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Kindly reschedule or cancel as soon as possible.
Salon Health Protocol: If the salon suspects you are unwell, we may cancel your appointment and require you to reschedule.
COVID-19: If you or anyone in your household is COVID-positive, please reschedule and allow 2 weeks before booking a new appointment.
Multiple Cancellations:
Excessive Cancellations: Clients with multiple cancellations or reschedules will receive a warning after the first instance.
Blacklisting: After a second incident, clients may be blacklisted and unable to book future appointments.
Courtesy Reminders:
Reminder Notifications: Appointment reminders will be sent 48 hours prior via text or email.
Client Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to keep track of your appointment. Do not solely rely on reminders as technical glitches may occur.
